better known by her first name, sonia. sonia is charming and manipulative. she seems kind on the surface but will drop her commitments and run once she gets what she wants. sonia loves no one and nothing except for herself and will make sure that the whole world knows. despite believing everyone is below her, she is cunning and uses it to her advantage. playing the dumb blonde comes easily to her and she's at least grateful that she was born with her appearance on her side. all the poor mannerisms and personality traits she developed was due solely to the illusion that her mother was a good role model.

in truth, sonia was an earthling. she was raised by a single mother as her father left when she was young. she caught arlen tavrinth on one of his routine trips to earth and midgard, and got to know him well. the two went back to midea together, and quickly eloped despite the disapproval of his father. sonia learned density alteration for herself after observing several fey in the vicinity. she wound up having two children with arlen before she decided that she didn't want to spend her life the way she had been spending it. she took arlen's assets, and left her two children, vaxas and mallius, with an irresponsible father who had been left with nothing.
