Biography

Rhoynar

Rhoynar was the adviser of the previous leader of the Midnight Seclusion, Sethelis. The two were good friends since childhood. After Sethelis died, Rhoynar voted for Shadarsia to be the leader, for he had faith in her. But his faith was soon shattered when she made more and more questionable decisions. One day, after a dragon named Zarrow tried to assassinate the leader, things felt off. He had seen Wolfsbane acting oddly suspicious whenever the subject of Zarrow and Shadarsia came up. Rhoynar once spotted Wolfsbane burning what looked like papers.

After finding out about this, Rhoynar started asking a lot of questions. He wondered if Wolfsbane was involved in the failed assassination attempt. As he looked into the subject, he found that Wolfsbane had a possible motive; someone he was close to had been executed by Shadarsia. Soon after Rhoynar looked into it, he fell ill over time, and eventually passed away. Despite Raskaya's efforts, he wasn't able to heal. Some dragons question whether he really fell ill, but most of them just accept it without thinking too much about it.

When Rhoynar died, he was cremated and his ashes were placed far away from other graves, specifically the graves of any fallen Imperials. This was for safety precautions, for the Midnight Seclusion has had problems with an Emperor many centuries ago...
