Penelope "Penny" Avery
She/her

Penelope (or just Penny) exudes confidence, a confidence she has fought long and hard for. It is partially her "faking it until she makes it", but she tries to give herself more credit than that. She admits that one of the most courageous things she ever did was show up on Balthazar's doorstep early in the morning to confess, and she mostly did that because another dragon named Mirage kept taunting her. But it happened, and that's really all she cares about.

She loves how brightly colored she is, even though other people find it obnoxious. She has the ability to make small rainbows appear.
