Impish

Impish has intelligent eyes. Scarily so, sometimes. The soft blend of red and green seemingly glowing with an inner light. She blinks very little and speaks even more rarely.
It's just those eyes, glowing softly, unwavering in their gaze. It seems nebulas and knowledge uncounted for and vast resides in there. They're the only window into her thoughts, apart from the few times she opens her mouth to speak.
Her voice is low and rumbly, her vocabulary very complex - it's sometimes a little challenging to know what she means. There's been whispers she might have been cursed (or blessed?) while still in her egg. There's just something off about her.
She hasn't, however, done anything deserving of these rumors. She's just a quiet, intelligent dragon with eyes burning with knowledge.
She doesn't address the rumors herself. She doesn't seem to care, really. She can be kind and surprisingly, weirdly funny in her own complex way when you get to know her. She keeps a few, close friends and doesn't care about the rest.
Cursed or not, she's surviving and finding the people willing and capable of embracing her quirks"
