Aulus often spends his time under the sunlit windows of the inn's library, where he lies down on a cushion with a pile of animal books and a variety of highlighters beside him. The Coatl has an insatiable thirst for knowledge regarding the non-draconic creatures of Sornieth, and one day hopes to open an exhibition of some kind for them all.

The bear that often accompanies him seems to enjoy helping Aulus with his studies, carrying books and scrolls for him.

Lately he has been spending more and more time in the swath of bamboo behind Skydust Stone's eastern wing. He says that there is something there, but aside from a mintier scent than usual, the bamboo seems rather still and uneventful to other dragons.
