Skipper is the son of Moray and Serene. He was born special, in fact, he was born blind. He spent his childhood with in clan boarders, if not in boarders with an escort, pondering what he could have been if he was normal. If he could see, if he could protect himself. One day, in his late hatchling hood he had a talk with his sister, Peach, about how we can never truly be what our fantasies demanded but you can find happiness in what you can do and who you can be and that chasing after someone you're not only brings despair.

After that he started training to become a traditional water mage. Learning how to harness the powers of water, how to look into the future and how to contact Tidelord if he ever returns. He even tried learning how to fight with Thansil and Sacra. He learnt some basics to being a mage, like how to meditate, use contuse and aid. But due to his blindness they eventually had to turn him down.

Nowerdays, he's pretty good at his job. He can tell the near future, and can help other dragons scry so they can find out things like their long lost lineage. He spends a lot of his time aiding the search for Tidelord. Looking about the nearby areas of fishspine reef.

His cat is both his guide animal and his best friend. Her name is Turtle cause he at first thought she was a turtle And he's almost never seen without her. Turtle is even fond on swimming and Skipper helps her with being able to breath underwater and Turtle helps him steer.
