Once upon a time there lived a young couple, with the names Petals, and Harpy. Petals a coatl, Harpy a wildclaw, they had there disagreements, but they were true love. The couple had already had a few hatchlings. There first nest consisted of two male coatls, Cedric and Sacara who both left the clan Heatherscope to find a new home. It wasn’t that Heatherscope wasn’t nice, it was that it was rather... not the right place. So the brothers set out on different journeys to find new homes. Harpy and Petals were proud for their boys, but heart broken by their desicion to leave. They wanted to have hatchlings to grow alongside with. So the mates decided to once again start a nest, in hope of a family. This time Petals was only able to manage one egg. They were dismayed, but hopeful of a lovely hatchling. A few months later a young, brave, fierce, female wildclaw poked her head out of their egg. At once her parents knew that this would be a warrior. They named their new child Gladiator. Gladiator lived up to her name and protected her clan and parents with her life. She trained hard every day, and was determined to be the best warrior ever known to exist. Even more, THE best warrior. She would be famous, loved... the best. She knew it. Gladiator wanted this to be true with all her life. However she knew this was impossible, to hard to achieve. Yet she longed so very hard for it to happen. “Please...” she often whispered into the moon. “Please let this happen...” Gladiator wanted to learn the hardest moves, the most powerful moves. How to use the famous yet mysterious move called ‘eliminate’. How to master reflection, ambushing, more. One day Gladiator was gazing into the night sky. Looking over her clan lit by the moonlight she realized, she had to move on. Yes Heatherscope was her home... but she couldn’t achieve her goals here. She needed a proper trainer. Without letting her parents know Gladiator left the family’s den and even though it was very late at night she knew this could not wait. Barging into the royal section of the clan Gladiator located the founder’s den. “Pearlwing?” said Gladiator softly gazing in. “May I come in?” A small face appeared in front of her. “Hello, I know you. You Petals girl.” Gladiator gazed in awe, nodding. How did the leader know of someone who never appeared in the royal’s hall? Without Gladiator saying anything, Pearlwing knew what Gladiator was there for. “I understand. I’ve seen you in the coliseum. Just like you, Sacara and Cedric loved the coliseum. They weren’t as dedicated as you though. It was more of their hobby. Cedric was compassionate and kind. I’m sure he has a family now. He was very wise, would of made a good leadership dragon in Heatherscope. He couldn’t stay though, like you he needed to move on. Sacara was quiet and accepting. He was also quite adventurous. I’m not sure what he’s doing now, he did want to journey and meet Shadowbinder one day. And you. Gladiator, you are kind, respecting, and brave. Your compassionate and ready to take charge. Your flexible, ready to do whatever needs to be done. Your fierce. No enemy can scare you. This doesn’t mean your fearless though, Gladiator. You have to understand, friends can hurt you. Not always physically, mainly emotionally. A friend leaving you is worse than 20 swords stuck in your back. Take this with you, find a home, and trust me. I have advice for you; your a true magical arcanist. |

Gladiator needs to be the best warrior she can. Her dream is to be the BEST warrior ever, to learn hard attacking moves, and master her agility and strength while fighting. She will protect her clanmates and family with her life. Gladiator is fierce, brave compassionate. After a life in Heatherscope she listened to her true leader Pearlwing, who guided her to an arcane clan, The Clan Of Fallen Oaks. |
