THE COUNCIL OF FIVE
The Freefloating City, home to the Freeflight Clan, is tethered to the Reedcleft Ascent near the Twisting Crescendo. Home to dragons of many types, sizes and cultures, it is a buzzing hive of activity. The balloons, air ships and fans of the city are surmounted by the impressive Council Ship; a meeting place for the Council of Five, who advise Kokiri Clan-Mother in the running of the Clan.

A calming force amid the political tides that is the Council, Caesura creates compromises and enforces a sense of working together in Council Sessions. While some factions may be annoyed at her at times, it's hard to find fault with a dragon trying so hard just to keep every dragon working together. In times of stress, she thinks of her bubbling streams in the fields of swaying bamboo. |
PERSONALITY

She has kind eyes, underneath all that luscious kelp. It falls over her face, those deep blue locks, so she has to push it behind a dark blue horn whenever she leans forward or moves too quickly. But it cannot hide the eyes. They might be the cool green of all of Windsingers children, but they shine with an inner light that's impossible to miss. Her voice drips with kindness too. She speaks quietly, her voice a little hoarse, but still soft and kind. There's a subtle humor residing in her talk, like something amuses her about the world. She sounds like she could burst into quiet, charming laughter any minute. She can be decidedly shy, despite all this soft kindness. She works alone, among the bamboo that mirror her eyes, she fishes from shallow puddles and streams. It's hard and lonely work, setting up nets and dragging her catches home at the end of the day, but she loves it. She loves the water, she adores getting to sit by a bubbling stream for hours on end, whistling a tune to no one but herself and the wind. She's kind and calm, swift and surprising like the waves - and just as free and happy. |
