Staccato

Soldon and Nivenor returned from their investgation of Incident 06 - A18 (document attatched) with this young dragon. The boy calls himself Staccato, he's a rather young dragon but based on his personality seems to have the general maturity of an older teen. He is well spoken and polite to the doctors and security, and has professed interest in, to quote, "The cabaret of fascinating creatures within our midst." Dr. Soldon is not permitted to work with him given her response to that statement was "If I have to listen to his overly complicated meandering for five more minutes I'm going to drop kick him into the sun."
As of now our assumption is that he is anomalous, but how exactly so is unknown. I will be conducting an interview with him one week from today to try and learn more of who he is and what exactly occured during Incident 06 - A18, although I'm not sure how well that's going to go.

Incident Report 06 - A18
Date of Report: October 14th, 2019
Date of Incident: Unknown, assumed to be within 5 days of discovery.

Event Description: The presence of a large crater rimmed with an unknown energy in the Arcane Territory was reported to Ulterior on October 12th, 2019 after being discovered by a nearby clan. Multiple dragons from said clan reported that there had been a large bang and constant loud noise from the area and that they were ordered by their clan leader to shelter until it had passed. Once the earth shaking noise had subsided, multiple high officials went to investigate the site but could not get very far due to the high smoke and unknown energy particles which apparently felt like hot cinders upon the skin.
The clan leader was able to get into contact with Ulterior and requested our services. Dr. Soldon and Dr. Nivenor were sent to explore the area. Armed with protective equipment the pair were able to get into the crater. They described it as a place that had once been a bustling down now overrun with dark blue and red plants. Multiple large creatures resembling dragons were seen, all brownish silver in color with wine red eyes. Both investigators chose to avoid the entities but ended up in confrontation with them numerous times.
During the investigation 06-180319-03 was discovered, sitting in the center of town where a fountain had once been. The boy was well dressed and looked fairly unaffected by whatever malady had befell the town. The silver creatures paced by, giving him no mind. They approached the child, who said he was called Staccato. He claimed to have little memory of what was going on and was ultimately very confused. Dr. Nivenor decided to bring him to the facility for further research.
As of now, no other information such as the cause of the event or the origins of the silver creatures is known.

AR: Hello Staccto, thank you for being willing to come in this early so we could talk.

Subject: No need to worry ma'am, I'm usually up much earlier than now so it was no trifle concern on my part.

AR: That's good. Can you please state your name for the record?

Subject: Staccato.

AR: Any last name?

Subject: Not that I'm aware of.

AR: Aware of?

Subject: Well as you know, my memory has been rather fragmented as of late. As such I cannot be entirely sure whether or not I have a surname. If I am honest, I do not even know if Staccato is truly my name, it just felt like the correct answer when Dr. Soldon originally asked me.

AR: Ah alright. Since you mentioned the day you were found, what do you recall of that day?
