Persephone is probably the worst result you can get from a botched data transmission. She was kept as a backup of the consciousness, but things went south in a way unknown to dragonkind when the prior consciousness tries to back itself up in it and regain its strength.
Then Persephone was....born. I tracked her down to her current hive. One ever expanding monstrosity under its iron-fisted ruler. She have absolutely no problem when controlling the drones, even performing it better than the last consciousness I observed.
Apparently she gained some sort of characteristics as time passes by, a personality even. A vile brew of animal instincts(presumably inherited from the broken code of the last consciousness) , sadism, narcissism and superiority complex. All of that combined with an absolute thirst of power, that would be Persephone.
When it comes to drones, she seems to prefer female drones over male, not by their actual gender (like they have any), but rather their appearance. This particular individual has a distaste, or dissatisfaction of other imperial drones, the only two imperial drones are by her own choosing, and she assimilates them herself. An other remarkable thing is this hive is mostly, with 2 rare exceptions, are either drones or mutant drones that possessed a powerful mutation . There are no strange, divine or mutant stranges. If any occurred during assimilation or in the lair of broodmother, she will either send one of her praetorians or devour them herself.
I'm still gathering information, but from what I know now, she has formed an alliance with the hive Muse is observing, and keeping a lipdrone close. She also seems to care about one individual, most likely a consciousness that identified itself as EPITOME.
I shall continue my observation, more of her behavioral pattern would be added later.
