Allison died saving Isaac from Them. She shot a silver-tipped arrow at the demon and killed it, but died from the blade of another.

Before his death, confessed to Scott that always loved him and will love. Wanted to convey something to his father, but died before he had a chance to say something. She wanted to say that the silver arrowhead was deadly to Them.
