Sol Snake lore

Sol Snakes are most notable for their deep purple and orange coloured bands along their bodies, as well as being one of the most venomous dragon subspecies in Sornieth. The heat sensors on the end of their snout can detect heat signatures from up to 500 feet away, making them excellent ambushers. Sol Snakes prefer the heat and are sensitive to the cold. They mostly keep to more volcanic plains or tropical jungles. They have unusually long bodies and have long serpent-like fangs.

After being bitten by a Sol Snake, victims experience immediate, localized pain (as if your blood were boiling) and swelling. Other symptoms include nausea, anxiety and, eventually, heart failure if not treated promptly.

Caldera is a rather "simple" dragon. He is however extremely knowledgeable in volcanoes. He's just really cold in the Woods, and always looking for ways to warm up. He acts more like a snake than a dragon, which is probably why Wadjet took such a liking to him despite her not liking too extreme heat. He is rather friendly and has (thankfully) never bitten anyone.
He arrived carried by an underground river of lava towards Calcified's cave and ended up staying to help stabilize and monitor the active volcano under the Cult that serves for both CORE's energy core and the Aaden's onsen.
