I never got to play final fantasy, but I did have friends who did, so i immediately recognized the main threat of the world, the heartless
Heartless are from Kingdom Hearts, another Square Enix series, but thank you. <3

I've never Kingdomed a heart, but I think this dragon is very cute!!! I like the glowy eyes and how well it seems to match the heartless (from a cursory google search) :3

None of the dragons seem to know
where it came from.

One day, they just happened upon it
not far from the lair.

It took them a second, but they realized
that it was, in fact, a dragon.

It was quite peculiar, mouthless
and moving much like a frantic insect.

Incredibly tiny compared to the others,
Jesi convinced them they had to take them in.

However, the "dragon" proved to be quite a handful.

Unable to speak, and appearing not to eat,
the "dragon" often attacked the others in the lair.

Even so, it had piqued the interest of some
and so for now it remains locked up in a little cage.

It doesn't seem to mind,
or perhaps it is unable to care?
