Soft-voiced and lovely without much effort, Benjamin tends to inadvertently attract the wandering eyes of both genders. He shakes off this popularity with a quiet ease, letting down admirers with a gentle word and a soft smile. This is certainly because he is entirely committed to his mate, the frail-willed and shy Narcissus. He has played a large role in helping the withdrawn Guardian come out of his shell, and Narcissus for his part, has helped Benjamin conquer some of his own inner demons.


Along with assisting Narcissus in his hatchling care duties, Benji is an extremely skilled seamster, and particularly enjoys working with delicate and exotic fabrics. Little Filia, enamored by the beautiful pieces he creates, has become something of an apprentice to him, lending her tiny paws in holding, moving, and pinning fabric. Word of his craft is slowly beginning to spread from Buffalo Rock on the tongues of passerby and traders in the market, and his finished works are becoming more and more highly sought after. In addition to his clothing efforts, he has also become fascinated by jewelry, and has added hobbyist jeweler to his list of specialties. He particularly enjoys fashioning pieces using the gemstones and natural rock found in Dragonhome, and revels in creating items that match clothing pieces he has created.


As his fur coat tends to be much thicker, and in general more fluffy, than that of the average Tundra, Benjamin usually prefers to remain indoors in the shade during daylight hours. He does, however, very much enjoy night-time walks, and he and Narcissus are known to slip out for regular moonlit strolls.
