"Paint what you see in your heart, not your eyes."

Illa created a paintbrush out of a stick and straw as soon as she could open her eyes. Though Illa was colorblind, that never stopped her, she wanted to paint everything she saw. Finding ways to paint her surroundings in the only colors that she could see, which were mostly autumn colors, vibrant reds, soft oranges, and even some shades of brown she would work into her paintings. As soon as her wings worked Illa and her brother, Hermes, left the nest the explore the world. They soon parted ways, as Illa wished to stay in places longer than a day to examine the areas and create new paintings, whilst Hermes wished to travel and only stay one night in any one place. Illa dreams of someday opening her own art gallery with her paintings, that way others can see through her eyes.
