The bandit clan is run very loosely- she's just kind of the leader because she's been here the longest and she knows what she's doing. If you don't like the way the clan is run or any of the rules (which are rules because everyone agrees to follow them) then you can leave. no one is making you stay here.

Kierra has bad blood with the demon/warlock/cultist (it's complicated) Nathair, and his entire family and clan by extension- including a clan allied to him full of strange Skydancers. This is complicated by the fact that the skydancer clan is currently taking up residence in the Haven. Few know that the Haven is being used as the base of operations for Kierra's clan, and she's trying to keep it that way.

Kierra radiates a chaotic, unstable energy, and it comes off particularly strong to other skydancers. She has the epithet 'Mad Dog' for a reason; it's no misnomer. When she strikes it can be at random, and her own are just as vulnerable to her anger as the enemy. Her closest inner circle are those who have learned to sense when her temper flares and make themselves scarce.
