"I'm waiting for the buzz of the IG flies... only then I sleep."

For a simple child of Lightning, Doppel sure has more not-all-there shady dragons on her tail than most. Tsouloufi is one of those figures - a tiny dark hatchling that seems to vanish and reappear at her leisure, drawing light and the gazes of most when passing by. She doesn't speak to any of the Notabilia Division dragons, and only barely shares a word or two with any others. Most aren't even sure if she's real, and some claimed to have stepped on her tail more than once, only to be surprised at the lack of reactions from little Tsou.
She seems to... how to say it. Remember a different world. Often speaking about animals, sounds, and dragons that never were, and being rightfully distraught when others deny her view of things. Most Drachany'a have decided to play along, since a half-ethereal, magically strong hatchling is not someone you want crying their eyes off and causing havoc in your lair.
