For an imperial, Caliginous can move very silently. His steps or flaps of wings make no sound as he roams around the outskirts of the fortress, guarding it and making sure no one gets in. Or that no one who isn't supposed to escape get out. And so far on his watch, all sneaking attempts have failed.

Caliginous is proud of that, but he stays humble. He doesn't have to brag about his achievements, his actions are good enough to prove his worth. He doesn't talk a whole bunch and most of the time only respond with nods and grunts. But when someone does get him open up and speak more. They may find Caliginous surprisingly intelligent and philosophical. He does enjoy talking about the mysteries of life and what is wrong and what is right. But it is rare to get him open up like that.

Caliginous can concentrate all his fire magic energy into his claws, turning red like burning iron to slash his enemies, burning their hide and melting their armour. He is able to concentrate the energy into his fangs as well, but it is a little painful to him too and so Caliginous prefers to not do that. His long fangs are good enough on their own.
