The Force carrier

A crackling blindingly bright shining mass erupts from the rippling centre of the void, lightning arcs and buzzes to the pointed broken edges of the buildings around the event Ktylk set in motion, stone chips flying as the electrical arcs earth and render granite to ash....
The dragons on the hill above feel the change as the oxygen in the air around the Hewn City ionises and turns to Ozone. No one foresaw this..a gigantic ball lightning sales, seemingly with intent, out into the sky above the city....bolts of pure energy racing and arcing back to the nearest city pinnacles..... Aurorus leaps aside as lightning straifs across the outer wall of the observatory melting a light coloured waxy looking channel deep into the soft marble ... Energy coalesces into a single stream....Like touching a plasma globe the lightning streams back to the void..immersing it in bright blue purple energy...suddenly there is a loud snapping noise and all goes quiet

High up above the city something descends, slowly downward it glides, growing bigger with every sliding undulation

Ripple...watching from below, and suitably impressed by the show, takes off. Strong wing beats carrying her up, slowly approaching the moving undulating object, she recognises the movements as similar to her own.

Smaller than Ripple but in her own way obviously exceptionally powerful approaches a new Imperial female, WZygH is not the first quantum being Ripple has ever seen.
But she is the first Quantum Dragon any one of the lair has ever actually met.
