The perceptive and wickedly smart Indiana is Brew's apprentice and aspiring alchemist. While she admires and deeply respects Brew, she understands that her strange teacher can be quite daft. She will point his mistakes out, not unkindly, and patiently explain why he shouldn't add unstable hydrazine to nitric acid. You can't learn from your mistakes if it's the last one you make.

Indiana's passion for alchemy was limited by her home in Starwood Strand so she began to travel. She spent some time in Wispwillow Grove where she met Nightshade. She was delighted to hear about another alchemist working at Outpost Toast, where Nightshade had been offered a position, and left with her. Her intelligence and natural affinity for alchemy was a welcome addition, and Brew hasn't had a major accident since.
Fighting is almost a foreign concept to Indiana. She knows very little about spells, even less about unarmed combat, and has yet to pick up a weapon. Glory has tried to convince her to attend even a single class, but Indiana always kindly turns her down. Watch out for her potions though; chemical burns aren't fun. Despite what others might say, Indiana does leave the alchemy workshop 'Toil and Trouble'. She frequently visits the greenhouse to chat with Viggo, and at night she spends time with Kvatch, the two appreciating each other's calm nature. Both she and Decoy love books, and the two often trade novels between each other. She is fondly called "Indy" by her friends. |
