xxxxxWherever Spiffy goes, a trail of confetti is left behind. Her obnoxious laughter is hard to miss, even from the other side of the clan. Her ebony armor is always clinking together as the way she moves makes it seem as though she's living her life in a musical, and she's the star. Any time there's a party or even the slightest reason to celebrate, Spiffy's there. Spiffy isn't usually there to just party; her watchful eyes are also on the lookout for those with a bounty over their head. Where else for a criminal to go than a huge party? They'll blend right in after nabbing a wallet or luring a drunken victim away from the party to slay them in cold blood. If the Pagfenx's a nightclub, Spiffy's an undercover bouncer.

xxxxxWhen there's no celebrations going on, Spiffy wanders the Ashfall Waste, picking up tips from local Gaolers who've wandered over about who's the next big criminal to look out for. There have been times when Spiffy nabs the wrong dragon, but she claims to have a way of checking to see if it's the real deal while the suspect is unconscious. It's a vial of liquid that, if poured on a dragon, will turn black if it makes contact with an evil drake. She refuses to reveal the ingredients inside the vial.
