Levant is not only considered royalty to his subjects but in fact a royal pain in the tail. He strides beautifully throughout the smog and the fizzles of festering cesspools of decay. He very boldly tempts the Goddess of the Plague and is for reasons unknown allowed to proceed with his mockery. One could say his luck is almost surreal.
Levant is not only considered royalty to his subjects but in fact a royal pain in the tail. He strides beautifully throughout the smog and the fizzles of festering cesspools of decay. He very boldly tempts the Goddess of the Plague and is for reasons unknown allowed to proceed with his mockery. One could say his luck is almost surreal.
Levant's clan is centered in the Southwest corner of the Rotrock Rim. He has since, in a short time, hauled his following dragons out of the pitiful boneyard and is not looking to stop his expansion. Though his rules seem malice and cruel it is rather functional and efficient.No members of his clan go hungry, and aside mutations, are as healthy as any mortal dragons scavenging outside of the Plague's ever-hunger gaze.
Levant has strange alliance with fellow Skydancer Iteru. They do not share any similar mannerisms but they are so in sync that they can /literally/ finish each other's sentences. Levant relies on this dragon more than he would like to let on. Regardless, his word is law and those who dare to defy it wind up as spell components.
