Findel is one of the local fishermen who moved to Fern River after hearing about the plentiful fish. He is very ambitious and spends the least money possible to save his money for...something. People have reported seeing him use magic to lure fish to his pueblo but none of them have had concrete evidence to back it up. Findel is complete denial of having magic and often stops talking to people who have asked about it.
