Callisto

Smug, self absorbed and conceited. Heads Jupiter's space program and concerns himself with gathering information on the nearby moons and planets.

Callisto didn't join the council by choice as much as to save his hide. He was accused of spying by the Lightning admins after he'd been caught doing shady things in a prohibited area. When they were about to unceremoniously kick him out into the wasteland, a scouting party of Jupiter's division happened to be nearby and spot him. He called out to them and begged them to let him stay with their 'clan', as he had nowhere to go. Turned out he'd been indeed gathering intel, as a means to gain back entrance to his clan of origin. He insisted that he would be a great asset with his superior intellect, but it sounded like a desperate ploy instead of a good argument to the scouts. They tried to shoo him away as he kept following their group, drawing attention to them.
At a certain point Callisto, who'd grown tired and decided to rest without checking the area, walked straight into an ambush laid by a herd of centaurs. This the scouting party couldn't ignore, so they got him out before he could be killed and decided to haul him back to their headquarters and let their boss decide.

Jupiter tested his abilities and discovered that Callisto had the brains to back up his claims of being a genius, but that he let himself be carried away by his sense of self importance. She put him in charge of the space research in the hope that he'd lose that attitude. She's promised to help him return to his old clan if he makes enough progress, but also insists that he work off the debt he's in from her men saving him.
