Cyan

Biography

A Shadow dragon hailing from the fertile river delta of the Driftwood Drag, Cyan prefers to stick to the woodlands on the northern border of Surana's territory. In the shaded underbrush, she cultivates all manner of rare and valuable flora and fungi. The mages and alchemists of the clan regularly frequent her forest retreat for spell components and reagents, and the local Serthis groups know to leave her well enough alone. Rarely, the more diplomatic among them will even engage in trade.

One of her more regular customers is Talamir, a clan-born mage known for his ambitious use of teleportation magics. He has taken a unique interest in her apothecary's garden, and often returns from his jaunts with new specimens from the other Flights. With her skill and his knowledge of far-flung lands, they have been able to replicate the conditions necessary to cultivate flora usually unknown to the sun-drenched lands of the Lightweaver.

The two have developed a close bond, and Cyan takes some small personal pride in being one of the reasons he is compelled to return to his homeland regularly, if at all.
