4982p.png 		Rizu Phyron is a charismatic soul. He has successfully led the Phyron clan with few challenges for his position since its founding quite a long time ago. His fierce loyalty to his clan mates and eloquent rallying speeches have earned him much love and adoration in return from his clan; so much so that many long-standing and even some of the newer members revere their clan leader in a demi-deity-esque status. Rizu is loving and devoted to his mate Ashiaurei and fair and friendly with many of the clan members he interacts with on a daily basis. His battle prowess is well known throughout the clan and strikes awe and pride in the hearts of the dragons he leads. He’s been known to have battled long periods of depression, self-doubt and burn out; and it is at these times he finds the most support in his clan mates. Many years of leading has tempered his eager, over ambitious energy and given him the wisdom to delegate more responsibilities to well trusted dragons forming a stable structure that has kept the glass spire from collapsing… again.
