Brigid is soft-spoken and motherly, perhaps among the wisest of the Fletching clan. Her peaceful presence was welcomed by several dragons of the clan amidst the worries at the strange skydancers who had recently appeared, and so Tarach and Sigan gifted her with fine jewelry, which she wore graciously for a time before putting it away out of despair. She has had a good influence on many Fletching dragons hope that she can solve some of the tension currently in the clan.

For a long time, Brigid watched over hatchlings and mothers, smiling--genuinely--at the parents who cradled their newborns with excitement, trepidation, and over all, love. But a spark of sadness always pricked at her when she saw these things. She never spoke of it, of course, but wished by night for a mate with whom she could raise hatchlings.

Several months passed this way, with dragons coming and going, yet Brigid never felt for any of them, and none of them looked her way. But, when Darshi entered the Fletching Clan, he immediately took to her--shyly at first, then with all the gentle adoration of a young lover. Brigid accepted him gladly, and the two have since hatched several children, whom Brigid has raised with great care and kindness.
