Atticus

He's a bit of a flitterwit for all his pride and bravado and has the messiest handwriting you've ever seen. Atticus loves his books and is an adept scribe yet is hindered by his scatterbrain tendencies so he often loses important tomes but for some reason keeps scraps of month old receipts. His familiar, Bramble, is quite helpful as he eats most of the useless scrap paper, much to Atticus's dismay. He secretly longs to become a terrifying warrior dragon and it's not like he's bad at fighting but he gets so scatterbrained that he forgets to dodge and takes the brunt of hits. Often he ends up running away.
Therefore he's usually cooped up in his attic pouring over old scrolls and the like, yet he often begs Ariadne to tell him battle stories. He sometimes talks in dead languages without realising.
