B I O G R A P H Y

Main Theme: Surface Pressure

______ Amphiptere is always busy. Always. Having taken on the role of librarian, she always has work to be done. She catalogs all the knowledge the dragons of her clan have gathered. It’s her duty to keep it in good condition, to keep it organized, and, most importantly, to keep it chronological and accurate. Despite having wished to be a warrior or artist, she soon found that art was more of a hobby, and she didn’t have the stomach for battle. Instead, Amphiptere turned to books and writing.

______ She was appointed the librarian after the other dragons noticed just how collected and intelligent she is. Although she loves to be surrounded by books and ideas and knowledge, she feels immense pressure to keep everything in tip-top shape. If it isn’t, Amphiptere feels a sense of failure, as though she’s disappointed all those around her. But her clan members could never be disappointed in her. Her job is a tough one, and one or two minor slip-ups are nothing to them. But to Amphiptere, anything less than perfect is a sign that she isn’t working hard enough.
