We are quite entrancing creatures. Born of magic and shaped by the gods themselves, our potential is nearly limitless. We grow and thrive among the drastically varying territories of Sornieth, dabbling in both the kaleidoscopic magic of the world and the myriad of wonders that technology has to offer. Even so, the war for dominance remains in constant flux. Many fight valiantly for the sake of their clan and deity, only to perish at the claws of another desperately clinging to their belief in a being unburdened by the dark shadow of the mortal coil. It seems as if the flights are eternally destined to continue this disturbing dance of discord and decay, twirling with helpless abandon towards the eventual promise of their mutual demise. |
