MIASMA
Dream Eater
Silent | Malicious | Sadistic

?????????????????????????????????

“Hell is empty and all the devils are here.”
~William Shakespeare

?????????????????????????????????

The gut-wrenching stench of the Wyrmwound wreaks off the Dream Eaters. These foul creatures have only one goal in mind, to serve their plague mistress and bring calamity on those lost within the Abiding Boneyard. They care nothing for the lives of others, not even their own kind. Their main target: Milky Tea Patisserie, the safe haven of the plague domain, protecting and healing the ones lucky enough to find it.

They stop at nothing to ensure havoc on its patrons. Killing off the weak and feeble, putrefying wounds, spreading the infection of their diseased mother. At night the Dream Eaters enter the sweet dreams of the patisserie’s customers, turning them into nightmares, devouring any positive energy that once resided. During the day, they sneak about to poison and rot the delicious and delicate desserts served to the needy. They have even been known to steal eggs and kidnap weary patients, who are exhausted from their tedious journey through the Boneyard.

One such beast turns its gaze toward you, “Do you swear fealty to our unholy plague mother?". The Dream Eater’s eyes never leave yours, freezing you in your tracks as its dominating aura surrounds every fiber of your being. You stiffen at the question and shakily nod your head. “Then prove your loyalty”, the coatl looks towards the horizon. “At the edges of the boneyard, near Rotrock Rim, lies a sanctuary: Milky Tea Patisserie” a malicious grin creeps across the dragon’s face, “I want you to destroy it”. Leaving you with a choice to defile the paradise hidden amongst the death and decay of the plague domain.
