She is named after a fabulous trickster. Arguments and confusion often follow in her footsteps. She always offers to bring you luck; she never says, or even knows, whether it will be good or bad.

some dragons and people often have the exact same responses whenever someone comes to them saying that they had an odd experience with eshu. usually goes something like this:

A foolish human will ask you,"When will you learn?", automatically assuming eshu did something wrong as they have no reason to trust her because of her distrust against humans.

A wise dragon will ask you, "What did you learn?", with genuine curiosity because they know all too well of her true, tricky nature.

Welcome to The Evolution of Eshu
When I met her she started with a few battles in the Training Fields to get the hang of things and collected some food where she met me after having battled Sparrow. When I healed my, originally very plucky, dragon's wounds I decided to cautiously approach her as she was rather skittish from the fight because the mirror, Sparrow, had decided to jump in full force, assuming the Pearlcatcher was up for a quarrel when she was only passing behind us to collect some nutrients.

Eshu is a coliseum apprentice: Dagger Class. When I decided to continue her training, I chose two more dragons, Progen and our head Mage, then headed to the coliseum. She taught my progen, Sparrow, some beginning battle skills to get her started as she had been a total newbie to fighting. They're sparring partners now along with Val.
