Slush was a volunteer from a local clan. She wanted to stay in the Icefields and helped in the running of the Outpost, although she didn't really have much in mind. Her goal was to join a wealthy clan that could buy the expensive gene scrolls to activate her dormant genes. Slush didn't really care what she would do out there.

Unforunately, although Clan Diamond Dust was large and had developed resources over the long, hard years in the Southern Icefields, gene scrolls were never on the top of their purchase list. Many, many dragon were ahead of Slush in the line to activate their genes.

After asking around, Slush determined that capsule was probably her best shot, as her clan regularly brewed the gene for practice for the apprentices. She also put a gene on her list that no other dragon in the clan had, as the clan leaders were more likely to approve it.

Her main role at The Outpost was looking out for ships on the horizon, possible trading partners or raiders. She discussed getting extra security to protect their settlement, but clan leaders determined Samiras and magic would do for now. With the Gaolers prowling the territory and the main clan guards occasionally stopping by, the protection they had in place would have to be enough.

The Fae also prepared the dock when their own ship returned to port and helped with restocking and other necessary tasks.

Slush did her job at The Outpost without interacting too much. If there was extra money to be made, she would take whatever jobs came her way to increase her hoard. She also scavanged along the shores during her off time, seeing what washed up on the beach.
