______ Although there is little documented information about Veles, in parts of The Southern Icefield, the Starfal Isles and the Sunbeam Ruins exists rich oral history about him. Veles is an underworld god, associated with the souls of deceased ancestors. In addition to his role in the underworld, he is also associated with storms, particularly in his ongoing battle with the thunder god, Electro. This makes Veles the most irritable dragon god around and one of the most powerful ones Noctis have ever seen.

______ During the yearly celebration of Noctis Nocturne and in the week while they celebrate Trickmurk Circus, Veles sends the souls of the dead out into the world of men as his messengers. The festivals in his honor were held at the end of the year, in winter, when the time came for the end of the world year and chaos became strong, the borders between the world of the living and the dead disappeared and the ancestral spirits they would return from the dead. This celebration was called Velja Not "The Great Night" but right now it is called the Nocturne's Night

______ He is well-known to be a mischief- maker, and often do some annoying tricks in other dragon gods. He really loves to annoy Electro and Boreas, which sometimes makes them fight each other, but in the end they will stop fighting and be the best friends they could be.
