______ Niamh couldn't see the light. She was falling, and falling quickly.

______ It was an accident, honestly. She just wanted to see the edge of the isle.

______ It was said that the view from Focal Point was the most beautiful at twilight, said to make the hardest and stoniest dragon weep. It was something she had to experience for herself. When she crept close to the ledge, it certainly lived up to all the hype. The sun was low, yet still, the clouds caught its last vibrant beams, stretched golden across the fading blue sky. The glow glinted off the gentle waves below. She could even swear that there was music playing in the background—her own personal soundtrack.

______ It was beautiful, magnificent even, but in her awe, she lost her balance and plummeted down quickly.

______ She flapped her wings in an attempt to regain her balance, but she fell too quickly and tumbled into Starwood Strand and lost sight of the sky among the skybound trees.

______ Nobody could doubt its beauty, but the woods hide many dangers and mystery. In her fall, Niamh collided against the magic-imbued trees and her beating wings caught fire. A crash landing was inevitable. She stopped fighting gravity and looked up, searching for the last glimpse of the sky, the last glimpse of the sun's fading glow. Instead, she saw the flames dancing upon the feathers of her wings, trailing upwards as she descended.

______ It had a certain beauty on its own: the purple and blue flames whipped violently against the wind. It almost looked like she were a meteor, falling to the earth.

______ She closed her eyes and braced for impact.
