Biography
Despite being born in the arcane flight, Koy has an extreme affinity for water. No one knows why, or how he got it, but Koy just knows that he must learnt to channel this affinity into his spells. 
He's a bit clumsy when it comes to regular magic the Arcane are known for, but water related spells come far easier to him than one might think.
The lack of pigment on his scales, he says, is due to long hours spent lounging in the sun under tree canopies, hence the speckled irregularities that are his colorful blue patches. However, it's probably just the genes he was born with- but no one has the heart to tell him this. He's particularly fond of the darker splotches of color on his throat, and wears it as a proud distinguishing mark.
