Abgjp5E.png Valholl is the other master of the Ragnar Steppes, ruling the small village alongside Folkvangr. Her duties encompass the wards that protect their home from invasion and the creeping chill of the ocean surrounding the islands, as well as hosting duties for visitors. She also takes many of the speaking duties from Folkvangr. Her exposure to the native ice magic has gifted her with tusks.
