Bayanith

Bayanith had brought up the mafia from its early days and holds authority to eliminate those who disobey, betray, or cheat him. He is greatly feared and no one has ever seen him in either forms, save for Hare, his trusted consigliere. All affiliations, although received and mostly taken into account by Hare, require his approval. He never writes out his requests for affiliations or approval but always has those under him to send out the letter with his approval. In his Nocturne form, Bayanith has the powers of telepathy, invisibility, extreme strength, and has a very high affinity with shadow magic. After about three years of leading the mafia, he desired to go out, in a more natural appearance. This is where his second form comes in. The second form has no name, but takes on the form of a female Guardian. His second form has similar powers, but at a slightly weaker state and doesn't have any affinity with shadow magic, but is able to use more of the archaic powers of the ancient ones.
