Biography
Guardian of Eggs and Hatchlings
Unelma found her calling as the guardian of the eggs and young of the clan. She would give her life to protect any young dragon, within the clan or otherwise. As long as she draws breath she will not tolerate any harm coming to them. This does not extend to adult dragons except for Pimennys whose usual child-like mental state and behavior prevent her from being seen as an adult by most of the clan.
Unelma is no more fond of Sillka, her mate, than of other adult dragons, perhaps less so due to his dislike of hatchlings, but she doesn't really care all that much. If he were to disappear she wouldn't hesitate to accept another mate even if Sillka were still alive. She only calls him her mate because he was the first and only one to ask her. Even if Sillka were still around she would likely couple with some one else if they were to ask.
