The colors of the pearlescent moon dance for anyone graced with a seat at Moon's Theater.

A dancer at heart, Moon takes great care in her craft, often spending hours a day either practicing her moves or experimenting with new ones. All her life she'd wanted to be a dancer, and while she wasn't the best in youth, her distinct style did not go unnoticed and she was taken under the wing of the Patera Town citizens. Although she doesn't talk much about her past - she doesn't talk much at all - she brings a comforting presence to anyone interested in her enough to have a chat with her when the curtains fall.

Moon also incorporates the magic of her husband, Pearl, in her dances. While he was born a very powerful mage, he never took up the warriors' training that was expected of him, nor was he ever interested in being a scholar, either. Instead, he honed his skill to impress the ladies, but eventually, they grew tired of his splendor. That was when Moon swept in and swept him off his feet, figuratively and literally.

She was a blade-dancing assassin hired to kill him in order to throw him out of the spotlight, but unbeknownst to him, his charm and magic worked its way into her heart instead. He was the only one who ever made her feel this way, and she was the only one to ever surprise him like this. Together, they decided to throw their pasts to the wind and took off for adventure, eventually finding it in Patera Town.

Now they dance, together at last, with the beauty of the watery moon and the extravagance of the tides.
