Juno serves as leader of the Hecate, a coven of witches founded in a city near the Dusk Sanctum known as Limbo. Witches of the Hecate are specialists in the art of hexes and curses. While they are wary of outsiders, their services are available for hire by other magic users and mortals alike.

Juno oversees the activities and safety of those under her care and treats her sisters within the coven like family. The Hecate runs on a set of rules and disobedience can result in banishment. While Limbo is inhabited by other magical entities, they often keep to their own affairs. Witches of the Hecate most frequently interact to exchange ingredients with alchemists within the city although relationships with other groups of magic users are considered taboo.
