I adopted this dragon with the name Persephone already attached. At first, I was using masculine pronouns, until I looked up the name and realized it's the name of a feminine Goddess. I took another look at my dragon and realized that she is actually a woman. It was then that she came out as trans to the clan. Persephone, I cringe at my error and I'm sorry. Now she just got her mane did, and is out here living her best life.
