Opp's Notes:

This one is inexplicable. It hatched as a defective drone, but the Consciousness brought it in and modified it to be a hijacker. It obviously has a connection to the Hivemind, but all recorded hijackers are closer to the 'main template' in terms of coloration. It doesn't slow down this hive, though. They just get one of the more standard drones to slather a thin layer of building fluid on its carapace and it's practically indistinguishable from a standard drone. I saw them send this one out, but it hasn't completed its mission yet...

An update: I found the hijacker in the Shrieking Wilds, hanging around a hive run by a 'false consciousness' known as Lizena. It's just watching the hatching site. There's a nest with a single egg right now, and the 'parents' are perfect drones. I think this one will make a run for it with the new drone as soon as it hatches.
