Biography
His old lore was so precious, so pure, I felt really bad for turning him into politician seeking an easy life haha
I first saw Quill for sale on the Auction House almost a year ago shortly after he was born, and he was already a wildclaw. Because I had Marieta I thought they'd make a good couple but I was short on gems so I didn't get him. Almost ten or more months down the line I open the Auction House and he's listed once more... This time I don't let the opportunity pass :') I traded a bunch of items for him, because I was still short on gems. I am always short on gems.

⌊ Quilo ⌉ the politician
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
When he was young and jovial, Quill took pleasure in travelling all around Sornieth. Following a never-ending spring, he chased the tail ends of winter and gained quite a reputation around his travels. He started keeping records of Flights and clan's cultures around Sornieth, collecting an immense number of journals which he kept with him during his pilgrimage. Alas, with age comes wisdom and also intense back pains. Quill was no longer a young dragon, he was more mature and calm. He was street-wise and knew how to take care of himself. Now he needed to plan his retirement somewhere with mild temperatures and big enough where he could make a reputation for himself. That's how he ended up at Porto. Having once seen the town, he figured it was a good place to put his retirement plans in action. Plan A: Ice Representative Living off the salary of Ice Flight Representative at Porto. The town didn't have representatives at all, the whole system was frowned upon and so Quill took upon himself the challenge of promoting the importance and relevance of adapting representative culture. As a congregation of dragons from different part of Sornieth, merchants, travellers, couriers, explorers and navigators, the dragons quickly got excited about the idea of having a Representative System. Quill was seen as the promoter of the idea, a politician of sorts. The task of stablishing the council and managing Representative elections fell on his shoulders. Well, he could deal with so, but Counsellor was a step down from Representative on his eyes. He proposed Ice Flight be the first to have official representatives and presented himself as possible candidate. He lost. Both the Representative election and the Crystalline Gala Spirit election. That was a huge blow for him. So long stable career, so long representative benefits, so long easy retirement. He was already invested in Porto, he wanted to retire here. Time for plan B, he guessed. Counsellor, fine, but maybe leeching off some of the richest members in town wouldn't be such a bad idea. He found one of them quite pretty and she was rich and most important, single. Together, maybe he would be able to live a very easy life where we could on becoming a story teller. Plan B: Honey trap was about to begin. |
