Risingdawn

"Ah, good!" The Kindly looking Coral colored Coatl takes the gems and paperwork. Risingdawn's voice was fairly clear, but seemed to come from his chest while his mouth hissed. Upon closer inspection, the Adoptions master of the clan's collar seemed to be a translation device, assisting him with the difficulty of speaking with non-coatls, and seemed to work both ways to help him understand others. "This will certainly help our adoption agency care for those who have yet to find a home, and pays for your license to travel with them and your current familiar."

"Follow me, they're right this way -- they've been packing their belongings." Stepping down from the table, the short legged dragon waddled down the hall with a gentle becon to follow, tail curled upwards pertly so he'd be easy to follow, "They're so excited to meet you. Sprites are intelligent beings -- as bright as any dragon -- but so few clans wish to foster and house those that have navigation difficulties, weaker wings, or lacking enough power to protect them from beast clan members that might ambush them, since they're not good at being messengers and often need a dragon to directly assist them with traveling... We give them a good home, but.. There are only so many of us, and they don't get enough freedom with just us, they do need a companion willing to stand with them."

The coatl smiled as he knocked on the door of what looked like a cubby on the wall, addressing it, "They're here. Are you all packed?"

The door opened tentatively, the sprite peering from its little apartment, before grinning, leaving its bag behind, laughing tears of joy as they gave their new friend a gentle kiss on the nose. They were going home.
