I think this Consciousness is biased toward drones with Opal mutations. Counting it, this is the third member of the Hive with that mutation.

The Consciousness found this one while travelling through the Tangled Woods and snached it up along with its sibling. I asked hPOKe to do a background check and it turns out the family was tangled up with the Hivemind before these two. The mother is the daughter of a drone and the father had a nest by a previous mate that lost two hatchlings.

It's hard to tell if the opal pockets indicate a botched assimilation or not. It might be the case with this one - it keeps trying to stay close to its sibling. The sibling usually pays it no mind.
