Thom was a quiet fellow. Large, imposing, but quite kind when you got to know him. He and Reggie were born from the same nest. Before they were even hatched, his parents had noticed their eggs were always touching. In fact, if you moved one, the other followed.
Thom had imprinted on Reggie before hatching. Reggie was his charge. While Reggie was technically the elder (by a few moments!), Thom quickly outgrew him.

Thom was always slightly bemused by Reggie's ways. As children, he put up with being dressed up by him. In fact, he still did, because Reggie had a very specific sense of style.

He knew his brother was odd, but he loved him anyway.

"I am Sir Reginald Merryweather Wainscot III, and this is Sir ThomAs Alexander Sassafrass," Reggie announced as they marched into the wyer. "You are in need of a milliner, and I am here to set up shop!"

"Thom," the guardian said quietly. "Just Thom, is fine..."
