Moonrise

Backstory:
- From birth Moonrise was fascinated by spells and his birth flight, and spent enough time in his birth lair to build up a fair amount of knowledge about arcane energies and magic. Unfortunately this fixation isn't limited to spells that do favours, and when he came to Littleshine he'd already started practicing more dangerous spells relating to trickery and curse. Bella and the other seniors have to keep a close eye on him at all times.
- His birth clan was run very strictly and Moonrise respected its leaders a lot, so when he came to Littleshine he practically scoffed the relaxed atmosphere and used it as an excuse to act up. However, after Ashes came to the clan, this behaviour changed. Moonrise immediately recognised Ashes as the descendant of the leaders he used to know, and bowed to him instantly. Now if Ashes tells him to stop doing something, he will, without regard for the other's polar opposite personality to his ancestors. It's a little frustrating for Bella and Caveling, but really they're just glad to have someone who can keep him on a leash.
Personality:
- Moonrise loves winding other dragons up. He'll tease the ones with short fuses but only when he knows he'll be able to escape without repercussions and enjoys using his magic to confuse them, to their knowledge or not. This gives him a terrible reputation within the clan, but as long as Ashes and the seniors are around he probably won't do anything too drastic. Plus, even with all his ambiguous behaviour, he is on their side and is a huge asset whenever combat is needed.

Other:
- Ultimately, Ashes is the only one who can put him in his place. He's the only dragon Moonrise holds in high regard due to his ancestry.
- He has, however, had to listen to Ragnarok, as Arcane representatives are supposed to take up scrying to take care of visions and the future of the clan, but this was the one thing Moonrise struggled with in relation to magic. Ragnarok, while not being of the Arcane flight, had to teach him, as strong magic ability coupled with the ability to scry can make for very impressive results. Moonrise still has a long way to go, though.
