To call Sunseer a fickle dragon would be an understatement. The only thing that doesn't change is his haughty attitude and love of all things luxurious, particularly gold and whatever massive amounts of it can afford him. One of the younger members of the court, he is well known for his equally devout love of wine and drama. Sunseer all but refuses to mingle with those he sees as beneath him and has been accused numerous times of thinking himself better than even the other courtiers.

His choice of apparel always boldly displays his status for all to see and he never wears anything less than the finest fabrics. Sunseer primarily oversees the city's finances... when he isn't lounging about his villa sampling a new wine that is.
