Foreigner caught my eye immediately, and their look lives up to the name. I always love a theme, and this dragon has a strong theme. They look like something that crawled out of a pocket dimension, dragging in some alien energy with them. The skin and apparel work perfectly together, an outfit that kind of blurs the form while also drawing the eye.
